Velle Forget, it turns out, has a special Connection to Clutter. Accumulations of miscellaneous Stuff — not so little as to seem temporary, not so much as to be a Mess — empower her. She’s most confident and effective among it. And whenever she spends a while in one place, Clutter seems to be spontaneously generated. (Säve confirms this about their Room.) She feeds the Clutter, and the Clutter feeds her.
